BASIC NWFL receives funds through grants from the federal and state governments, donations, special events, etc.

  • Federal Funding through Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
  • State of Florida Funding through Florida Department of Health (Ryan White Part B, HOPWA or Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS, and High Impact Prevention programs.
  • Private Foundations through grants.
  • Local Funding through local donations and contributions
