These donations ensure that individuals with HIV and those at risk for contracting HIV/HCV in the six-county communities receive the essential services they need. All charitable donations are tax-deductible, and 100% of the contributions received directly benefit our organization.
There are numerous ways for individuals to make a donation or charitable contribution to BASIC NWFL!
A monetary gift or donation is the easiest way to give to BASIC NWFL. Your gift is tax–deductible, as allowed by law. After contributing, you will receive an acknowledgment letter for your tax records.
Donors may also donate by mailing checks, money orders, and gifts, to P.O. Box 805, Panama City, Fl 32402, and by dropping off donations at our front desk.

BASIC NWFL is a non-profit organization that continuously strives to meet the needs of its clients. Sometimes, we are in need of items necessary to aid our clients or the agency. We ask people in the community for help so we don’t have to use valuable dollars that could be used to help extend the number of clients we can serve.

For the past several years, we have received regular charitable donations from Pineapple Willy’s, a local beach restaurant, during “Pay It Forward Week” and the Summer Beach Cleanup Event.
We are deeply grateful to Pineapple Willy’s for their generous charitable donation to BASIC NWFL from their annual charitable event “Pay it Forward Week”, September 8-14, 2025. Their ongoing support helps us provide treatment and care, and other support services to those impacted by the HIV/HCV epidemics in our community. We are deeply grateful to Pineapple Willy’s for their continued commitment to protecting our environment and supporting our local community. BASIC NWFL is also one of the community partners to join the Pineapple Willy’s Beach Clean Up event. For each person who shows up on BASIC NWFL’s designated day, Pineapple Willy donates $10 to BASIC. Everyone who attends the event will automatically be entered for different grant prize raffle drawings at the end of the event.
