BASIC NWFL is always grateful and thankful for your continuous thoughtful and generous donations to support our mission and to ensure that the people with HIV and those at risk for contracting HIV/HCV in the six-county communities are given the essential services which they need. All charitable donations are tax-deductible and 100% of contributions received go to our organization.
There are lots of ways an individual can Make a Donation or Charitable Contribution to BASIC NWFL!
A monetary gift or donation is the easiest way to give to BASIC NWFL. Your gift is tax–deductible, as allowed by law. After contributing, you will receive an acknowledgment letter for your tax records.
Donors may also donate by mailing checks, money orders, and gifts, to P.O. Box 805, Panama City, Fl 32402, and by dropping off donations at our front desk.

BASIC NWFL is a non-profit organization that continuously strives to meet the needs of its clients. Sometimes, we are in need of items necessary to aid our clients or the agency. We ask people in the community for help so we don’t have to use valuable dollars that could be used to help extend the number of clients we can serve.

If your donation is in honor or memory of someone, BASIC NWFL will send a card to those you have named – without including the amount of your gift.

BASIC NWFL is greatly thankful for the opportunity to work with a business or organization to hold an event, performance, or fundraiser that will increase awareness of HIV/AIDS, STIs, HCV, and other related issues, and will jointly benefit BASIC NWFL and its partner(s).
For the past several years, we have received regular charitable donations from Pineapple Willy’s, a local beach restaurant during “Pay It Forward” Days (for a week in August) and regular donations made by Bayside Bingo.

BASIC NWFL is also one of community partners to join the Pineapple Willy’s Beach Clean Up event. During the months of June, BASIC NWFL’s staff, family members and friends, and supporters attend this event day, selected for BASIC NWFL. For each person that shows up, Pineapple Willy will donate $10 to BASIC and everyone who attends the event will automatically be entered for different grant prize raffle drawings at the end of the event.
BASIC NWFL will continue to partner with our local businesses and organizations throughout the year to facilitate fundraisers held by them.
BASIC NWFL is one of affiliated members of United Way Northwest Florida. You can support BASIC NWFL through the United Way Northwest Florida’s annual fundraising event. The following are United Way Charity identification numbers for BASIC NWFL’s: 7075 (Bay), 1075 (Calhoun), 6075 (Gulf), 8075 (Holmes), 4075 (Jackson) and 5075 (Washington). BASIC NWFL is also part of the CFC (Combined Federal Campaign) and the identification number is 58826.
