We have partnered with Curant Health, a 340B Contract Pharmacy, to be able to offer clients another option for their medication needs and assist clients in filling their prescriptions. Through this partnership, Curant Health offers some of the following services, but they are not limited to:
- Personalized patient support
- Fast and easy home delivery
- Monthly refill reminders
- 24/7 access to specialty-trained pharmacists
- Financial co-pay assistance
Our Case Managers can assist clients with their medication needs and help them fill their prescriptions through Curant Health’s Pharmacy. Clients who choose this option may benefit from free home delivery of their medications, copay assistance, and access to additional patient support services.

By filling their prescriptions with our partner pharmacy, clients also help support essential services for individuals in need, including case management, co-pay assistance, transportation assistance, housing assistance, access to our food pantry, and more.
