This program bridges the service gap not addressed by the Ryan White Part B program, with the goal of improving access to treatment and care services, thereby promoting optimal health outcomes for our clients. This particularly vital for those who are uninsured or underinsured. Our Case Managers provide support to clients requiring medication assistance through options like manufacturer copay cards, Mail Meds, or the Patient Assistance Foundation (PAF). They also guide and refer clients through the eligibility process, enabling them to receive their medications at no cost, or a significantly reduced cost. For clients in need of additional medical assistance, we provide referrals to local free medical services, such as Bay Cares, Avicenna Clinic.
