We are excited to announce that this year for World AIDS Day, BASIC is partnering with PanCare Health and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. local chapter to host an event offering HIV screening to everyone in the community at no charge. We will have the PanCare mobile units available to conduct services such as HIV testing, blood pressure checks, and even the PanCare Dental bus to provide dental services as well, all at no cost. The Florida Department of Health will be joining us both days to give free Hepatitis A vaccines to anyone who qualifies.  Local businesses have graciously donated gift cards for us to giveaway during both days, and free food and beverages will be provided throughout the event by Ameris Bank. Each organization will have booths with information for people in the community to bring awareness and education on prevention of HIV, as well as answering any questions people may have about services provided.

The World AIDS Day Event will last two days, December 4^th and 5^th from 10:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M. on both days. The event is being held in the parking lot of Grocery Outlet in Callaway (which is located at 225 S. Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, FL.).  This is a chance for people to gain better knowledge of HIV/AIDS and be welcomed into a  compassionate and judgement free environment promoting all around better health and allow people to take advantage of the HIV screening to know their status.
