As the lead agency for the local Ryan White Part B (RWPB) program since 1992, BASIC is committed to providing and coordinating a comprehensive range of treatment, care, and support services to individuals with HIV within our six-county area 2A, which include Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, and Washington counties).

Eligible clients receive in-house services at BASIC, including Medical and Non-medical Case Management Services, Housing Assistance, AIDS Pharmaceutical Assistance, Health Insurance Premium and Cost Sharing Assistance, as well as Psychosocial or Group Support. Additionally, we facilitate linkage to primary care and HIV medical care and treatment services through our network of partner providers.
